Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ProfileGuide. By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service does

ProfileGuide reviews the LinkedIn profile and resume files you upload, scores them, and drafts replacement text, posts, and networking messages. Everything it produces is a draft for you to read, edit, and publish yourself. We never log in to LinkedIn, publish posts, or send connection requests on your behalf.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. Use the service only for your own profile or one you are authorised to work on, and only if you are 16 or older.

Plans and billing

The free plan includes 1 profile review and one sample of the post, message, and profile builder. Both Premium options include the same features: 10 reviews and 50 generations, every rewrite version, and section regeneration. Monthly Premium is $9.99 and renews each month. A single month is $12.99 for 30 days with no renewal. Prices are shown again before you pay. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and may add tax. Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next charge and keeps Premium until the end of the period already paid for. A single month ends when those 30 days are over. We do not refund a period that has already started, except where the law requires it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files you upload and the drafts generated for you. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload someone else's documents without their permission.
• Do not use the service to create misleading or fraudulent claims about experience or qualifications.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use output to spam or harass people.

AI output

Scores and rewrites are generated by an AI model. They are suggestions, not professional career, legal, or recruitment advice, and they can be wrong. Review everything before you publish it, and make sure any claim about your experience is accurate. You are responsible for what you post.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise any particular outcome, including interviews, recruiter interest, or job offers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can clear your data or stop using ProfileGuide at any time from your Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
